Delete your account

• Open Roadlet and go to the Profile tab.
• Open your account details and tap Delete account.
• Confirm with Delete forever. If Roadlet asks you to sign in again, sign out, sign back in and repeat these steps.

If you no longer have the app, write to privacy@roadlet.app from the email address of your Google or Apple account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

• Your profile: name, photo, email address and account identifiers.
• Your vehicles, settings, emergency contacts and notification tokens.
• Trips where you are the only member, with their route, stops, photos and expenses.
• Your live Convoy position and your membership in every shared trip.

Stops, photos and expenses you added to trips shared with other people stay part of those trips for the rest of the crew. Delete them, or delete the trip if you own it, before deleting your account if you want them gone.

Anonymous place recommendations that no longer identify you may remain. Residual copies in backups are overwritten within 35 days. If you have a Roadlet Plus subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it: cancel it in Google Play or the App Store.
